We offer FREE Shipping across India on all orders.
No minimum order value is required to qualify for free shipping.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available across most serviceable locations in India. To ensure smooth delivery, our team may contact customers for order confirmation before dispatching COD orders.
WESTOLD reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed COD orders if the customer cannot be reached.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery timelines may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Natural disruptions
- Courier partner delays
- Remote location serviceability
While we work closely with our courier partners, delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp and/or Email. You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment status in real time.
Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. WESTOLD is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect address details
- Incomplete contact information
- Customer unavailability during delivery attempts
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect information, our support team will assist with re-shipping the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
