Return & Exchange Policy

At WESTOLD, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges subject to the conditions below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted

Size Exchange Policy

We offer FREE Size Exchange on eligible products. If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 5 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Product must meet all eligibility requirements
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability
  • If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose a return or store credit option

WESTOLD will arrange the reverse pickup and replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 5 days of delivery.

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

After verification, WESTOLD will offer either:

  • A full replacement, or
  • A full refund

at no additional cost to the customer.

Sale Items

Products purchased during promotional sales or discount events are eligible for returns and exchanges, provided they meet all eligibility conditions mentioned in this policy.

Reverse Pickup

WESTOLD will arrange reverse pickup whenever possible. If pickup service is unavailable in your area, our support team will guide you through the return process.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • Product has been worn or washed
  • Tags have been removed
  • Product is damaged by customer use
  • Return request is submitted after 5 days from delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Customers are requested to accept COD orders responsibly. Repeated order refusals may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
